Refund policy

At Evoir, your complete satisfaction with every order matters to us. Our return and exchange terms are as follows:

Return period
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Product condition
Returns are accepted only for unopened products in their original condition and full packaging, with no signs of use. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used products (such as fragrances, makeup, and personal care) cannot be returned.

Exchange
We're happy to offer product exchanges, subject to the same return conditions above.

Shipping costs
We cover return shipping costs when the error is on our side, such as receiving a wrong or damaged product. For change-of-mind or returns for personal reasons, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds
Refunds are issued via bank transfer after we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm it meets the conditions, within a reasonable time from approval of the return.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue, and we'll arrange an exchange or full refund at our expense.
